What it does today
Your own booking page
A public page at your own address with your services, hours and prices. Clients pick a time and book — no app to download, no account to create.
Times that cannot double-book
Booking a slot removes every overlapping time from what other clients are offered, including the gap you keep after an appointment. The database enforces it, not just the screen.
Client records and session notes
Names, contact details and preferences in one place, with a running note history per client. Notes are editable and every edit keeps its history; nothing is silently rewritten.
Appointment email that sends itself
Confirmations when a booking is made, a reminder the day before, and notices when an appointment is moved or cancelled — whether the change came from you or the client.
Clients can manage their own booking
Every confirmation carries a private link the client can use to reschedule or cancel within the window you set. No phone tag, no account.
Built for the phone you actually use
The whole app works on a phone and installs to the home screen. Your day, your calendar, your clients and your notes are all a tap or two away.

Listed so you can judge SensaBook on what it does now rather than on what is planned. These are not available:
- Text-message reminders
- Deposits and card payments
- Marketing email and campaigns
- More than one practitioner per business
About your clients' information
Session notes stay inside the app. They are never put into an email, a reminder, a booking page or a link — a rule the software enforces, not just a policy we wrote down. Each business sees only its own clients. Read the privacy policy.
