Terms of service
Last updated 27 August 2026
What this covers
These terms apply when you use SensaBook to run a business: taking bookings, keeping client records, and sending appointment email. Creating an account means you accept them. If you are booking an appointment as a client of a business that uses SensaBook, your agreement is with that business — these terms are not a contract between you and us.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them current.
- Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. Activity under your account is treated as yours.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Your data stays yours
Your clients, appointments and notes belong to you. You give SensaBookpermission to store and process them for the sole purpose of providing the service — including sending the appointment email your bookings generate. We do not sell your data, mine it for advertising, or use your client list for our own marketing.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold the client information you enter, and for what you write in your own notes and in the messages you choose to send clients.
Acceptable use
- Do not use SensaBook for anything unlawful.
- Do not use it to send unsolicited bulk or marketing email. The emailSensaBook sends is transactional — it concerns a specific appointment with a specific client.
- Do not attempt to reach another business's data, probe the service for weaknesses without permission, or disrupt it for others.
- Do not rely on SensaBook as a system of record where the law requires capabilities we do not claim — it makes no HIPAA compliance claim and is not a medical records system.
Availability
SensaBook is provided as it is, without a guaranteed level of availability. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and there is no uptime commitment. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product develops; we will not remove something you depend on without notice where we reasonably can avoid it.
Keeping your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose is sensible, and remains your responsibility.
Cost
SensaBook does not currently charge for use. If paid plans are introduced, existing account holders will be told before any charge applies and will be able to decline and close the account instead.
Ending it
You can stop using SensaBook and delete your account at any time from within the app; deleting the account deletes its data. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law, and will give notice where it is reasonable to do so.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, SensaBook is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, the date above changes and account holders will be told before the change takes effect. Continuing to use SensaBook afterwards means accepting the revised terms.

Account holders can reach us through the contact details supplied when their account was set up.
